These terms govern the use of Emilion Cloud services operated by Emilion Ltd. ("the Company"). Browsing or using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. The service
Emilion Cloud provides server infrastructure, storage, and deployment of applications and websites in the cloud. The Company may update, change or discontinue parts of the service at any time, subject to reasonable advance notice where practical.
2. User account
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to the Company as soon as possible.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, sending spam, distributing harmful content, or any action that could damage the infrastructure or other customers. The Company may suspend an account that violates these terms.
4. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no partial refund unless stated otherwise.
5. Liability and warranty
The service is provided "as is." The Company works to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Backups and data loss
The Company performs automatic backups on plans that include them, but customers are encouraged to keep an independent backup of critical data. The Company is not responsible for data loss resulting from user action.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Central District.
